Description
and Price of Goods
All
images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site
are for the sole purpose
of giving an approximate description of the goods. All prices are shown
in UK Pounds Sterling
(GBP). We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account
of any taxes or duties,
or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is
wrong. We will inform you of
the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All
prices on our website are
inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable
as indicated at the time
of placing your order.

Typographical
Errors
In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing
information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders listed at the
incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have
already been charged
and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately refund you
the value of the incorrect
price charged.

Payment
Methods
Toyloft,
via WorldPay plc, accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa,
Mastercard
and Switch. Your credit or debit card details are entered into a fully
secure area managed by
WorldPay. On the View Cart/Checkout page, you must provide us with your
exact billing
address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for
you. Incorrect
information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will
only be processed once
authorisation of your credit card has been received. Your order will be
confirmed immediately via
email from WorldPay.
If you wish
to pay by credit or debit card but don't wish to use our online secure
payment facility,
you can print out the View Cart/Checkout page, then add your card details
and fax or post it to us.
You may also
pay by cheque, postal order or international money order in UK Pound Sterling
(£)
drawn on a UK bank, although we cannot despatch the goods until payment
has been cleared.
Simply print out the View Cart/Checkout page, then post it to us along
with your cheque, postal
order or international money order for the total amount.

Availability
of Goods
All
products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn
at any time. If an
item you ordered is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If we
do not supply the goods for
any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money
already paid for them.
However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other
losses you may suffer if
we do not supply the goods.

Delivery
Charges
We
usually use Parcelforce Standard delivery for UK orders. The cost is £3.10
for weight up to 1kg.
This will cover most single item. It normally takes 2 to 3 days. This
is the time it takes Parcelforce
to deliver the goods to you after they are collected from us; not from
the time you order. Far flung
areas may take longer. We also deliver internationally. Delivery charge
for Europe is £15.25. For
US and Canada, it is £16.25. The rest of the World is £18.60.
We reserve the right to make an
additional charge for large heavier parcels if that cost is excessive.
Please select the appropriate
delivery option at the checkout. Special 12:00 noon next day delivery
is available in the UK only
for £5.15. This is suitable for parcels up to 1kg. This is the weight
of 3 videos, 2 annuals and most
small to medium items.

Cancellations
and Returns
If
you wish to cancel your order, please email us first at orders@Toyloft.co.uk
within 7 working
days of receiving the goods. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation
from us that your
cancellation email was received. If you wish to return any goods, please
likewise email us first for
authorisation. You have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Goods
that are sent back without
authorisation from us may be refused. Returns for any reason other than
our error, Post Office
damage or if goods do not meet the sales of goods act are discretionary.
Discretionary returns
are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Time
Limitation for Notification of Claim

If
goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on
the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery. |
| Shortages |
It
is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages
as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages
must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery. |
| In-Correct
Goods |
It
is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied
within 2 days from delivery. |
| Non-Deliveries |
We
will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are
notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. |
IF
YOU DO NOT DO THIS WITHIN THE TIME SCALES GIVEN WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY
FOR SHORTAGES, NON-DELIVERIES, IN-CORRECT GOODS AND FOR GOODS SAID
TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY!
